Who we are

Pawgenda is scheduling software used by independent pet groomers. It is operated by Sean Halbleib, a sole proprietor. When you book online, fill in a new client form or are added by your groomer, your information is kept in Pawgenda on your groomer's behalf.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email, address and notes you or your groomer add; your pets' names, breed, weight, health and grooming notes, photos and vaccine records; your appointments and payments recorded by your groomer; and, if you agree, your consent to receive text reminders.

If you use Pawgenda as a groomer, we also keep your account email and business details, and the business information you submit to set up a texting number.

How it's used

Only to run your grooming appointments: booking, reminders, report cards, payment links and your pets' records. Your groomer and their staff can see it. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Text messages

If you tick "Text me appointment reminders" (or tell your groomer you'd like reminders), you'll receive appointment reminders from your groomer's Pawgenda number, about one message per visit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. Your phone number and consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the phone carriers and messaging provider (Twilio) needed to deliver the messages.

Service providers

Pawgenda stores data with Supabase (database and photos), hosts its app pages with Expo, sends text messages through Twilio, and sends phone notifications through Expo and Google Firebase. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. They process data only to provide those services.

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

Keeping and deleting your information

Your information is kept while you're a client of your groomer. To see, correct or delete it, ask your groomer; they can edit or delete your client record in Pawgenda.
