About these terms

Pawgenda is operated by Sean Halbleib, a sole proprietor. It provides online booking, client forms, payment links and appointment reminders for independent pet groomers. Your grooming appointments, prices and policies are between you and your groomer.

Text message reminders

Program: appointment reminders from your groomer, sent through Pawgenda. You receive them only if you agree, by ticking "Text me appointment reminders" when booking or on the new client form, or by telling your groomer. Frequency: about one message per appointment. Message and data rates may apply. To stop, reply STOP; you'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed. For help, reply HELP or contact your groomer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payments

Pawgenda doesn't process payments. Payment links take you to your groomer's own payment accounts (such as Venmo, Cash App, PayPal or Square), whose terms apply.
